Systems Verification and Validation Engineer

The Systems Verification and Validation Engineer role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with pay of $58–$64 per hour. The engineer supports a V&V team working to demonstrate that products perform as intended for clinicians and patients. The role develops and executes system, integration, and hardware-level test strategies, using requirements, risk, experimental design, and statistical analysis to produce defensible evidence. Findings and root-cause investigations inform engineering decisions and help improve product quality and verification processes.

What you'll do

• Define and execute system-level, integration, and hardware-level test strategies
• develop verification plans, protocols, reports, traceability matrices, and risk assessments
• validate test methods and support test-tool qualification
• use statistical methods to characterize performance and justify sample sizes
• investigate unexpected results and drive defects through resolution and verification
• communicate findings and recommendations.
