The Cook prepares and serves meals according to menus, dietary requirements, and resident preferences. The role also supports kitchen sanitation, food storage, inventory tracking, coordination with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff, and timely meal service.

What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menu plans, dietary requirements, and resident preferences
• serve meals on time with attention to quality, portion control, and presentation
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and handle food supplies properly
• assist with inventory and report shortages or ordering needs
• collaborate with kitchen staff and the Dietary Manager
• assist with training new kitchen staff as needed.
