What you'll do

• Provide care according to resident assessment and support plans
• assist with activities of daily living, room tidying, laundry, and telephone use
• support activities programming and dining
• order and charge supplies
• report changes in condition
• document vitals, weights, and intake/output
• follow infection control, safety, sanitation, regulatory, compliance, and HIPAA standards
• assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and post-mortem care.
