What you'll do

• Log productions in the agency tracking system
• summarize production cover letters
• determine whether cover-letter information qualifies for Relativity
• virus-scan productions off-network and follow protocol for issues
• transfer clean productions to the agency network
• apply procedures for different document types
• assess processing needs and data completeness
• monitor email and FTP deliveries
• scan and OCR small paper batches
• coordinate off-site scanning for multiple boxes.
