What you'll do

• Assist welders with fabrication tasks
• prepare, organize, move, and position materials
• help load and unload metal products
• clean and prepare metal surfaces
• use hand tools and basic shop equipment as instructed
• assist with grinding, cutting, and deburring
• maintain tools and work areas
• follow supervisor directions and safety and PPE procedures.
