What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, design-development, guaranteed maximum price, negotiated, and competitive bid estimates
• review project documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop bid packages and project cost components
• solicit subcontractor and supplier proposals
• level scopes
• identify constructability, schedule, and cost risks
• evaluate value-engineering options
• maintain pricing and historical cost information
• coordinate assumptions with Operations and field leadership
• support meetings, proposals, negotiations, and project turnover.
