Commercial Property Manager

What you'll do

• Support lease renewals and review lease abstracts
• coordinate lease reviews and leasing support
• respond to tenant needs and work orders
• prepare scopes of work and vendor contracts
• manage vendors
• review insurance certificates
• inspect vacant units
• oversee tenant improvements and capital project closeout
• review invoices and assigned tasks
• manage accounts receivable and collections
• prepare operating expense reports, billing reports, budgets, and CAM reconciliations
• control operating and capital costs.
