What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting
• support independent living skills such as cooking, housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and money management
• administer medications and complete documentation according to agency policy
• accompany residents to appointments and community activities
• maintain the living environment
• participate in assessments, service planning, and team meetings
• communicate health, safety, and behavioral concerns
• follow OPWDD regulations and attend required training.
