What you'll do

• Administer vaccines according to protocols
• safely store, handle, and dispose of vaccines
• document vaccine receipt, shipping, handling, and administration
• conduct pre-vaccination assessments
• educate patients
• follow procedures for allergic reactions and emergencies, including use of emergency supplies and an epinephrine auto-injector if necessary
• maintain patient records and regulatory documentation
• collaborate with healthcare professionals.
