What you'll do

• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, transmittals, delivery records, and current site documents
• track stored materials and procurement against project schedules
• assist with schedule management, project financial tasks, owner and architect correspondence, meetings, inspections, punch lists, and closeout
• monitor subcontractors and site resources
• support safety and regulatory compliance.
