This role exists to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently. The Supervisor ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

• Create a positive customer experience

• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise processing
• Train and mentor associates
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and secured
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty
• Monitor team productivity
• Maintain backroom organization.
