• Identifies and implements supply expense margin improvement in high-cost departments like surgical services and Cath lab.
• Facilitates value analysis meetings to review products and technology for clinical evidence and financial considerations.
• Builds relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, and supply chain teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
