The Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Driver role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, on a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $17.25–$17.50 per hour, depending on experience, with a $1 hourly increase for bilingual individuals speaking Spanish, German, or Korean. The role supports Silver Key Nutrition Programs, delivering meals and supplies that serve older adults and vulnerable community members. The position maintains kitchen sanitation, assists with food preparation, and delivers meals and supplies to program and community sites. These duties support safe meal production and timely distribution across congregate dining, Meals on Wheels, pantry, and other agency operations.

What you'll do

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and wash kitchen items
• maintain kitchen and serving-area cleanliness
• remove waste and organize cookware and supplies
• assist with food preparation and stocking
• deliver meals, supplies, equipment, and program materials
• load and unload deliveries
• maintain route logs
• inspect agency vehicles and report maintenance concerns
• assist with Meals on Wheels, congregate meal deliveries, pantry operations, events, and food distributions
• follow food safety and traffic requirements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid Colorado driver’s license, and acceptable driving record; ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days is preferred; bilingual skills are highly desirable.
