What you'll do

• Manage an active caseload with senior attorney mentorship
• draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
• appear for financial-institution clients in state and federal courts
• travel to outlying county courts as needed
• coordinate with support staff and court personnel
• track deadlines and provide timely client reporting.
