What you'll do

• Coordinate and complete work orders, property turns, and maintenance projects
• diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections and common-area checks
• respond to resident maintenance concerns
• follow preventive maintenance and safety programs
• use Yardi to manage work orders, documentation, and reports.
