What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and offer negotiation
• plan and implement sourcing strategies
• evaluate applicants against job requirements
• manage candidate interview experience and coordinate interviews
• follow up with managers on recruiting effectiveness
• build relationships with community and educational institutions
• attend career fairs and coordinate onsite interviews
• cold call and recruit experienced candidates
• take on special recruiting projects as needed.
