What you'll do

• Review project budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction documents
• manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, purchase orders, billing, and closeout
• visit sites regularly and conduct safety checks
• coordinate with superintendents and project stakeholders
• lead weekly OAC meetings
• monitor quality, safety, and compliance
• develop risk and recovery strategies.
