• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, ambulation and transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation to appointments and errands, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, companionship, engagement activities, and range-of-motion exercises
• monitor and report changes in condition.
