What you'll do

• Triage, assess, and treat emergency department patients
• prioritize care by acuity and urgency
• manage patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to critical illness
• administer ordered medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• coordinate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• support discharge plans and referrals
• maintain clinical documentation
• communicate with patients and families
• respond to changing conditions
• support evidence-based emergency care.
