What you'll do

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care
• complete and file nursing records for admissions, discharges, transfers, and other events
• prepare and administer prescribed medications
• facilitate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• provide nursing procedures including catheterization, tube feeding, suction, wound care, and specimen collection
• check residents and treatments
• address complaints and report relevant matters to the Director of Nursing
• exchange nursing reports at shift changes.
