What you'll do

• Promote facility safety, security, and adherence to program schedules
• facilitate individual and group discussions about daily living skills
• coordinate and verify client movement within the facility and to off-site activities and appointments
• report incidents and concerns
• document facility status
• monitor client conduct
• inspect and distribute client property and mail according to policy
• use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• conduct hourly rounds
• attend required training
• remain on duty until relief arrives
• and assist with program operations improvements.
