Mixer Operator, Production

The Mixer Operator, Production role is onsite in Pembroke, NC, with first-shift pay of $15.23 per hour. The operator prepares and documents ingredient batches, operates mixing equipment safely, and maintains sanitary conditions and product quality. What you'll do

• Accumulate approved ingredients from production bins
• document materials used, lot codes, batch tickets, and waste
• store materials according to formulas and build sheets
• monitor material temperatures
• clean mixing bowls, carts, utensils, tables, and work areas
• prevent foreign objects and contamination
• report unsanitary conditions and defective equipment
• escalate material overuse and quality issues
• follow safe equipment procedures, allergen requirements, approved formulas, and product quality standards
• participate in the operations team.
