What you'll do

• Serve as a day-to-day client interface
• develop cost plans and estimates
• review contractor estimates and submissions
• estimate and negotiate change orders
• manage cost checks, valuations, cost controls, contingency, and change management
• prepare monthly cost reports and funding presentations
• support value engineering
• negotiate final accounts
• and support transit, transportation, and public infrastructure projects.
