What you'll do

• Implement nutrition and wellness programs
• ensure compliance with nutrition labeling, food allergy, and special-diet standards
• maintain café menus in the menu management system
• serve as liaison between Culinary and Performance Nutrition teams
• coordinate wellness initiatives and training
• develop and present wellness materials
• manage menu and recipe development and nutrient analysis
• audit nutrition information and monitor program results.
