What you'll do
- Facilitate the program and care for patients
- create and review care plans
- ensure medications, treatments, and nursing notes comply with provider orders
- process admission, transfer, and discharge paperwork
- monitor patient condition and report changes
- complete safety checks, patient care, transportation coordination, shift documentation, medication charting, and supply orders
- participate in rounding and handoffs
- communicate updates to families and medical staff
- precept nursing students and orient new hires.

Why this role
Requires a current Georgia LPN or RN license. BLS and CPI certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire; ACLS within six months. Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
