What you'll do

• Export new event data daily from CaterXpert into Nowsta and maintain accurate scheduling information
• verify event details and communicate discrepancies
• coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staffing
• schedule small events independently and assist with large or complex events
• assign staff based on skills, experience, availability, and event needs
• monitor coverage and adjust for call-offs or changes
• coordinate with field teams, internal departments, and staffing agencies
• prepare staffing materials and support onboarding readiness
• provide onsite event support when requested.
