What you'll do

• Clean new construction sites by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
• clean windows using ladders up to 24 feet
• pressure wash windows, concrete, and other assigned surfaces
• handle cleaning chemicals and dispose of wastewater in compliance with EPA regulations
• operate hand tools, power tools, and pressure-washing equipment
• inspect and maintain cleaning equipment
• follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
• perform other construction-cleaning duties as assigned.
