Activities Aide

The Activities Aide role is onsite in Winchester, MA. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, based on experience. The aide helps plan and lead recreational and social programs, encourages resident participation, and supports safe access to activities and outings. The role contributes to an engaging community by preparing activity spaces, coordinating events, and working with facility staff and families.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities
• encourage participation based on residents’ interests and abilities
• help coordinate games, crafts, music, entertainment, celebrations, and special events
• assist residents traveling to activities
• accompany residents on outings when needed
• prepare and maintain activity rooms, supplies, and equipment
• encourage family participation
• work with the activities team and facility staff.
