What you'll do

• Maintain high community occupancy
• manage sales tracking and report trends
• coordinate accurate census reporting through the integrated CRM/accounting system
• manage prospect inquiries, tours, follow-up, deposits, and move-in transitions
• develop sales, marketing, and outreach plans
• build relationships with referral sources
• coordinate events with community departments
• conduct competitive shops and recommend promotions
• track assigned marketing budget items
• act as General Manager if assigned.
