The Project Manager, Fire and Security Systems role is based in Fremont, CA. The annual salary range is $73,639.78–$147,279.55. The role supports Everon’s installation projects for fire, security, CCTV, card access, and other specialty systems. The manager coordinates project administration, documentation, staffing, schedules, safety, and closeout activities to help ensure installations meet customer requirements and support project profitability. The role works with contracts administration, sales, field supervision, and engineering throughout project delivery.

What you'll do

• Administer current and future installation projects for fire, security, CCTV, card access, and specialty systems
• oversee contract and project documentation
• ensure site visits, communications, permits, and closeout records are maintained
• oversee safety program implementation
• prepare monthly manpower backlog reports
• implement project change orders
• participate in project review meetings
• support construction schedules and certification testing
• update project logs
• and prepare estimates and proposals as needed.
