Home Health Aide

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• help with meal planning and preparation while observing dietary restrictions
• provide medication reminders according to care plans
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with mobility and transfers
• provide companionship
• document and report changes in client condition, behavior, or living conditions
• follow HIPAA privacy requirements
• participate in training and professional development.
