What you'll do

• Lead revenue and fundraising strategy across grants, campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, donations, events, and earned income
• draft, edit, and submit proposals, reports, and donor communications
• manage grant compliance, reporting timelines, and documentation
• develop donor relationships and fundraising campaigns
• oversee brand, content, marketing, and strategic communications
• lead fundraising events and capital campaign communications
• use data to inform fundraising targeting and performance
• maintain donor management systems and databases.
