What you'll do

• Conduct clinical compliance audits covering utilization management, denial documentation, clinical reporting, authorization compliance, and delegated services
• monitor adherence to plans, agreements, and regulatory and client requirements
• perform routine, scheduled, and ad hoc audits
• serve as a secondary reviewer for denial documentation
• identify trends, risks, and process gaps
• assist with audit tools, protocols, monitoring frameworks, plans, and procedures
• mentor auditors and clinical operations staff
• analyze audit results and clinical data
• prepare and present findings and reports
• support dashboards and audit metrics.
