What you'll do

• Lead assigned municipal public works and community infrastructure projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety
• manage project teams and review deliverables
• serve as primary agency client contact
• lead coordination meetings and resolve issues
• oversee RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders, and schedule reviews
• monitor contractor performance and payments
• oversee inspection reports and project documentation
• enforce contract, safety, environmental, and agency requirements
• coordinate construction phasing, traffic control, and utilities
• manage concurrent assignments
• capture field changes on record drawings
• support proposals and client presentations.
