What you'll do

• Help residents make food and beverage choices that meet dietary orders and account for allergies and sensitivities.
• Support meal and dining-room setup, serve food at proper temperatures and on time, prepare dining areas for the next service, and complete cleanup, dishwashing, stocking, and cleaning.
• Follow food safety and infection-control procedures and maintain required records, including food-temperature logs and product usage and waste.
