UX/UI Conversion Specialist

What you'll do

• Own the conversion rate optimization strategy and testing roadmap
• analyze funnel performance and user behavior
• design, build, maintain, and optimize WordPress landing pages and lead capture forms
• integrate plugins and third-party tools
• conduct UX audits and develop wireframes and prototypes
• execute A/B and multivariate tests
• monitor and report CRO KPIs
• collaborate with Lead Generation, Content, AI & Brand Visibility, sales, and development stakeholders.
