It helps ensure residents’ needs are met while supporting consistent staffing and care operations.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and lead care standards
• assist residents with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, toileting, routines, and medication reminders
• answer call signals
• maintain care sheets and schedules
• communicate resident changes to leadership
• support staff coaching, training records, attendance, payroll backup, and documentation
• assist the Director when needed.
