Registered Nurse, On-Call, Medically Managed Withdrawal

The Registered Nurse, On-Call role is onsite in Salem, OR, with pay of $44.74–$51.86 per hour. The nurse joins Bridgeway Community Health’s Medically Managed Withdrawal treatment team, which provides inpatient care. The nurse provides direct care that promotes health, prevents disease, and treats illness in an inpatient medically managed withdrawal setting. The role includes nursing assessments, medication administration, treatment, documentation, coordination of follow-up care, and participation in discharge planning.

What you'll do

• Review client admissions and support care plans
• review medication administration records and shift and progress notes
• audit medication carts
• maintain medical protocols
• administer medications and perform treatments under clinician direction
• assess clients and document findings
• maintain prescription and medical records
• coordinate appointments
• educate clients as directed and refer for follow-up
• prepare and label specimens
• maintain clinic equipment and supplies
• participate in discharge planning and annual TB skin testing.
