Esthetics Spa Manager

Job overview

The Esthetics Spa Manager role is onsite in Fargo, ND, with pay of $20–$50 per hour. The role leads the skincare team at a Massage Envy clinic and reports to the Clinic Manager.

What you'll do

• Perform skincare services including facials, facial waxing, microderm infusion, chemical peels, red light treatments, and dermaplaning
• model customer service and clinic policies
• maintain a positive work environment
• evaluate, mentor, and train estheticians
• and work toward client retail goals. A current Master Esthetician License and availability for 35 hours across five days per week are required.
