What you'll do

• Hire, develop, evaluate, coach, and train team members
• support productivity and teamwork
• conduct quality assurance inspections
• collect data and update metric boards
• help create and update Standard Work
• implement Lean principles
• adjust line staffing and assign tasks to meet production plans
• troubleshoot defects and participate in root-cause corrective action
• communicate area status and support safety and equipment checks.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, or experience providing the required skills, is required. Up to two years of business-process, quality, and efficiency improvement experience is required; four years is preferred. Some travel may be expected.
