What you'll do

• Lead and supervise approximately 4–10 restaurants
• recruit and develop Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers
• coach managers and provide regular feedback
• conduct scheduled restaurant visits and analyze customer feedback
• lead product and program rollouts
• resolve customer complaints
• analyze area financial performance and trends
• travel between designated stores daily.
