The Lead Data Engineer, Analytics & Insights role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA, with a stated US base salary range of $160,000–$210,000 per year. Agtonomy develops Physical AI and software services for agriculture, turf, and other demanding industries. This hands-on senior individual contributor turns machine telemetry into reliable metrics and data experiences used by customers, partners, operations, engineering, and leadership. The role owns analytics data modeling and quality while building dashboards and tools that support decisions and customer insight.

What you'll do

• Own the ClickHouse-backed analytics warehouse
• define metrics with operations, product, engineering, and finance
• build React dashboards for customer analytics portals
• create Grafana boards and self-service tools
• establish data quality, validation, lineage, and documentation
• share ownership of data contracts with Platform and Cloud software teams.
