What you'll do
- Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out
- Prep apartment units prior to turn
- Work orders including appliance repair, minor plumbing, and electrical work
- Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings
- Valet trash services
- Cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades.
