What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise structural concrete work
• lead crews performing formwork, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• interpret plans, shop drawings, specifications, and schedules
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• conduct safety meetings
• monitor quality
• coordinate inspections
• maintain daily progress reports
• resolve field issues
• and train and mentor crew members.
