• Execute the network office recruiting plan
• source candidates
• manage candidate selection as the main point of contact
• review resumes and schedule and conduct initial interviews
• maintain recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
• report activity to leadership
• develop lead strategies
• participate in community organizations
• coordinate advertising and marketing strategies
• support recruiting and selection efforts
• travel to career fairs and COI appointments as needed.
