Customer Service Order Processing Specialist

This work helps teams deliver responsive, reliable customer service and keep customer and internal needs organized.

• Support account coordinators, customers, and other internal and external customer needs
• provide detailed reports

• perform accurate and efficient data entry
• prepare and maintain Customer Service Department documentation
• work with teams to support quality customer service.
