What you'll do

• Travel between assigned properties to assist with make-readies, work orders, curb appeal, and capital expenditure projects
• complete resident-requested work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose defects and make repairs according to policies, safety standards, and codes
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
• track maintenance inventory and document service requests
• maintain grounds and common areas
• follow safety and risk-management policies
• assist with property inspections
• travel as needed, including flights or overnight stays.
