The role also supports client relationships and practice growth through business development, while providing timely legal service and contributing to the team’s litigation work.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other proceedings
• conduct legal research and writing
• prepare court materials, interview witnesses, and review documents
• handle business-context disputes
• prepare for and advocate at motion hearings and trials
• attend client and community events for business development
• support designated clients.
