What you'll do

• Oversee the hard armor product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• define and execute product strategies
• collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on product roadmaps
• maintain knowledge of NIJ standards and product compliance
• support pre-production planning and production control
• address production issues and bottlenecks
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• analyze production and performance data
• identify process improvements
• support go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field and 5+ years of product management, manufacturing operations, or production leadership experience, preferably in personal protection or body armor. Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and fluent in English.
