What you'll do

• Provide supervision and support based on individual needs
• assist with activities of daily living
• prepare meals and snacks
• administer or assist with medications when trained and authorized
• document services
• follow individual service and behavior support plans
• assist with outings, activities, appointments, and transportation
• report concerns
• communicate with families and coworkers
• attend required training and meetings.
